We’re looking for a Technical Lead / Backend Lead at HuntMe HuntMe is growing, and we’re looking for a strong engineer who can take ownership of our backend and help lead the technical direction of our products 📍 Tashkent | Hybrid 💼 Full-time You’ll work closely with the engineering team, make architectural decisions, review code, mentor developers, and help us build and scale our products What we’re looking for • Strong Python/backend development experience • Experience with FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks • Strong PostgreSQL and database knowledge • Experience designing APIs and distributed systems • Docker and AWS experience • Ability to make architectural decisions and take ownership • Strong communication and mentoring skills • Startup mindset — comfortable moving fast and solving problems independently What you’ll get • High level of ownership and freedom • Direct impact on our products and architecture • A motivated engineering team • Opportunity to work on AI-powered products, including Hunter AI • Hybrid and flexible working environment
