Our finance function is scaling quickly — modernizing its systems (Rillet ERP, Stripe billing, Ramp, Rippling) and building the rigor needed to support the next phase of growth 📍Location & Hours Based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This role works US business hours (primary overlap with US Eastern Time) to coordinate with US-based leadership, customers, and vendors Key Responsibilities • Own the AR aging: monitor outstanding balances, follow up on past-due invoices, and drive collections • Segment receivables by age, customer status, and recoverability; prioritize outreach accordingly • Partner with Customer Success on billing corrections vs. collections; consolidate collections ownership under Finance • Reduce DSO and recover uncollected or stuck revenue Billing, Disputes & Reconciliation • Support Stripe billing accuracy; reconcile Stripe payouts to bank deposits and to the ERP • Prepare and submit dispute / chargeback evidence; track outcomes and help reduce the loss rate • Perform bank, processor, and subledger reconciliations Accounts Payable & Expense Coding • Process and code vendor bills in Ramp and Rillet to the correct category (COGS / OpEx / G&A) and department • Maintain a clean vendor master, including a short description of each vendor’s service • Ensure invoices flow through the AP inbox and approval workflows Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 1+ years of accounting experience, including hands-on AR and/or AP • Excel / Google Sheets skills • Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicating with US customers and vendors • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning work end-to-end • Willing and able to work partial US business hours from Tashkent Nice to Have • Experience using Stripe • ACCA • SaaS / subscription-billing or B2B recurring-revenue experience • Collections experience and familiarity with dispute / chargeback processes • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup and improving messy data and processes If interested please, share your CV to my email: uchkunbek .io center of opportunities
