The National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan invites qualified and ambitious professionals to join our institutional transformation Open Positions Deputy Dean – School of Exact Sciences Deputy Dean – School of Natural Sciences Head of Transformation Department About the Roles Our newly established Schools replace the traditional faculty structure and are designed to deliver a modern, competency-based, bilingual model of teacher education The Deputy Deans will serve as the principal academic leaders of their Schools, overseeing academic affairs, research, and innovation. Working closely with the Dean and the Transformation Department, they will lead the implementation of the University’s new academic system and education model, manage academic operations, coordinate faculty and student affairs, and ensure excellence in teaching, research, and academic governance The Head of Transformation Department will lead the University’s strategic transformation agenda by driving institutional change, academic innovation, digital transformation, organizational development, and cross-functional initiatives that support the University’s long-term vision Minimum Requirements Master’s degree or higher English proficiency at B2 level or above (C1 is preferred for the Head of Transformation Department) At least 2 years of relevant professional experience 📅 Application Deadline:15 August 2026 center of opportunities
