As part of our international expansion, we are looking for an experienced #HR_Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE and support our growing logistics business We are seeking a proactive HR professional who can partner with business leaders, build effective HR processes, and support a growing international workforce Key responsibilities ▪️Partner with business leaders on all HR-related matters ▪️Lead the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding ▪️Support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development ▪️Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and HR best practices ▪️Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes ▪️Support a multicultural workforce and collaborate with international teams Requirements ▪️5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner ▪️Previous HR experience in logistics, freight forwarding, multimodal transportation, supply chain, or international transportation companies is essential ▪️Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law ▪️Experience working with expatriates and multicultural teams ▪️Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory (written and spoken) ▪️Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💬 If you are interested, please send your CV to hr -air.com center of opportunities
