We're growing our Safety Department and looking for a sharp, detail-driven Claims Specialist to own our insurance claims process from start to resolution What you'll do • Manage safety and insurance claims from intake to closure • Keep claim documentation accurate, complete, and audit-ready • Communicate daily with drivers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams • Track claim status, chase supporting documents, and push cases to timely resolution • Help the safety team spot risk patterns and reduce repeat incidents What we're looking for • Strong written and spoken English and Russian • Analytical thinking and serious attention to detail • Composure under pressure — claims work moves fast • 1+ year in claims, insurance, logistics, legal, or a related field What you get 📍 Comfortable office in Tashkent • Official registration • Paid 2-week trial period • U.S. schedule (EST) — 17:00–02:00 Tashkent time • Real professional development in the American trucking industry •A supportive team that actually has your back If you're organized, persistent, and want to build a career connected to U.S. logistics — this role is for you center of opportunities
