We have worked with 200+ companies What will you do? Analyze the financial systems of client companies Work with P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Analyze revenue, costs, profit and cash flow Identify financial problems and loss points Organize and improve management accounting Develop financial budgets and Cash Flow plans Conduct Plan/Fact analysis Develop financial control systems Analyze EBITDA, Gross Profit, Net Profit, Margin and other financial indicators Analyze profitability of products, services and business areas Participate in implementing financial management systems for client companies Communicate directly with business owners and management Requirements Age: 20–25 2-3 years of experience in Finance Experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Manager, Management Accountant or similar position Strong knowledge of financial statements Understanding of Management Accounting Strong analytical and logical thinking Ability to identify problems and propose practical solutions Ability to work on several projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and responsibility ACCA certification or ACCA studies will be a strong advantage Additional advantages IFRS knowledge 1C Power BI Financial Modeling Unit Economics KPI & Financial Metrics Languages Uzbek — required Russian — required English — B1–B2 What we offer Real experience working with different businesses Participation in financial system development projects Direct communication with business owners and management Professional growth in a fast-growing environment Career path: Financial Manager → Senior → CFO Location: Tashkent Employment: Full-time Business trips across Uzbekistan may be required Salary: Discussed during the interview based on experience and qualifications If you are ready to work with real businesses and grow into a CFO please Fill out the Google Form below and our HR team will contact with you Application Form center of opportunities
