No PM, no tickets, no translation layer Brand and product surfaces: app icons, store assets, motion Requirements 5+ years commercial product design—shipped, not case studies At least 2 consumer mobile products live in the App Store or Google Play Figma at a professional level: components, variants, tokens, libraries. You've built a system from zero iOS HIG and Material Design—you know when to follow them and when not to React Native constraints. You don't need to write it; you need to know what's cheap and what costs three weeks Product analytics—PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel. Any of them Ability to work fast and iterate without heavy processes Self-motivated, team-oriented, startup-minded You decide, then defend it with evidence.
