Openbank | Bank / FinTech Analyze transactions, payments and customer behavior, turning them into understandable solutions for business and management Responsibilities • Analysis of data from ABS and DWH systems regarding transactions, payments, customers and products (cards, transfers, loans, digital channels) • Preparation of BI-dashboards and regular reports: funnels, retention/churn, profitability • Conducting ad-hoc analysis, A/B testing, identifying anomalies and fraud cases • Working with SQL queries, data marts, ETL and reporting data for the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan • Developing hypotheses and recommendations for product and business teams Requirements • At least 2 years of experience as an analyst, including at least 1 year in a bank, FinTech or payment company • Good knowledge of SQL (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MS SQL) • Python (pandas, numpy) or R • BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Superset • Understanding of banking and payment processes, basics of statistics • Additional advantage: Oracle FlexCube, Greenplum, Airflow, dbt, Git • English language for reading technical documentation Conditions • 5/2 work schedule, 09:00–18:00 • Opportunity to develop modern FinTech products • Strong team and career growth • Competitive salary • Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan 📩 To send resume
