RECRUITER LEAD (HR FOR PRODUCTION) 🏢 TARLEPLAST — manufacturer of plastic products: PET preforms, containers and tanks, polyethylene film, steel welded pipes. The company is part of a manufacturing holding 📍 Tashkent, Sergeli, Kuruvchilar metro station (landmark - Index market) Company is expanding its production and attracting specialists from India and Pakistan. We are looking for a recruiter who independently manages complex management and production vacancies and will build international recruitment with relocation 📋 What you need to do • Manage complex vacancies: C-level, Head of Function, Middle Management, expert roles • Conduct calibration with the hiring manager and form the role profile • Build a search strategy for production specialties • Organize the selection and relocation of specialists from India and Pakistan • Conduct initial screening in English: experience, documents, motivation, readiness to relocate • Prepare a short list with arguments and maintain a funnel in CRM/ATS • Accompany candidates until departure and employment ✅ You are a fit if • Experience in recruitment from 1 year, closed management and expert vacancies • Work with direct search: LinkedIn, Telegram, recommendations, databases • Able to conduct structured interviews and write a candidate summary • English B2 and above • Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously • Production recruitment and international recruitment experience is a big plus 💼 Conditions • Salary during the probation period is 15,000,000 soums, after - up to 20,000,000 soums based on results • Schedule Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00, office • Lunch at the expense of the company
